We're very excited to officially announce our partnership with Bluestone Lane in honor of International Women's Month. During the month of March, Bluestone and Forma will be releasing this exclusive streaming series, aimed at bringing our community together to strengthen our minds and bodies as a team.
With this, we are thrilled to be supporting the non profit organization Girls on the Run. Girls on the Run activates programs designed to strengthen social, emotional, physical and behavioral skills to successfully navigate life experiences for young women.
Our goal this month and love ourselves through movement in support of Girls on the Run. We hope you all love the series! See you on the mat!
